***V3.15 IS A MAJOR UPDATE - Includes full support for latest V1 Gen2 firmware V4.1032 features*** • New and improved 'SpotLock™' 2.0 and 'Advanced False Assist' 3.0 engines. Both data-driven systems have been updated with the latest historical data, refined over the past several years. This takes your V1 to a whole new level of quietness, and safety against real threats. Both of these systems are updated quarterly to ensure you have the best filtering available. • V3.0 introduced one of the most intelligent 'location based lockout systems' for any iOS app called SpotLocks™. • V1 Companion is the only iOS app supporting the V1 Gen2's newest firmware (4.1027+) capabilities for dynamic volume control. These features provide the most quiet ride of any iOS app when dealing with false alerts. V3.15 Updates: • Full support of the 4.1032 firmware. • First major update to "SpotLocks" system (location based lockouts) since its release. • Refactored 'timer' related code for better accuracy for when the app is in the background. • Improved "Junk" Ka reporting accuracy in history log. • Improved GPS Cooldown/Warmup functionality under certain conditions. • Optimized Speech Announcements engine. Previous updates: • New 'Ka Sensitivity' setting. Select from Full, Original, or Relaxed sensitivity. • Ability to keep the Bluetooth connection light ON while running in dark mode. Helpful to know your detector is really on. This new option can be found on the settings page, next to the 'Dark Mode' setting. • 'GPS Cooldown' added to 'GPS Warmup' feature. • Enlarged high resolution front and rear horn alert meters and noise meter for easier reading. • New robust iCloud 'Map' data backup functionality: SpotLocks™ feature the following: • Automatic, intelligent, location based learning / unlearning of potential false alerts (you have the ability to turn this feature on or off). • Discrete signal locking™ - helps prevent locking out real police radar in close frequency range to the SpotLock™ frequency. • Frequency drift compensation™ - helps compensate for changes of the location's frequency drifting up and down over time at the saved location. • BSM guard™ - helps to keep non-stationary vehicle BSM/CAS signals from polluting the SpotLock™ stationary location database. • Continuous location tuning - Whether a SpotLock™ is actively locked or learning, the SpotLock™ system will continue to learn and tune itself over time to better handle future encounters. • Manual creation/deletion of SpotLocks™ - Manually create/delete SpotLocks™ by easily tapping a graphical 'lock' image on your phone screen if desired. • The SpotLocks™ system is optimized separately for each of the V1Gen1 and V1Gen2 platforms. • SpotLocks™ take advantage of the advanced muting ability of the V1Gen2, so all SpotLocks™ are quiet from the onset, with no annoying initial 'blip' of audio.
